Ticket Terms and Conditions

The company is not responsible for:

Lost luggage.

Missed connections with flights or trains.

Items left behind on the bus.

By using the ticket, you agree to the following:

Minors under the age of 12 must travel with an adult.

Lost-and-found items will be held for 14 days following the date they are turned in.

There is no smoking on or within 50’ of the bus. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping.

All tickets are open tickets, meaning that they are not restricted to a specific date. You may use the ticket any time within a year of the purchase date.

E-Wallet Policy

Funds deposited into the eWallet are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed one (1) carry-on bag weighing no more than 10 lbs. AND one (1) full-size bag weighing no more than 50 lbs. Carry-on bag size is limited to 20” x 16” x 8” and must be able to fit comfortably in the overhead storage compartment. Additional luggage will be charged as follows: $5 for each additional carry-on, and $10 for each additional full-size bag.

Bicycles and other oversized items will be charged $5 per item. Maximum 5 bicycles per ride, first come first serve.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information (e.g. name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, etc.) required for purchasing a ticket will be kept confidential and never sold to third-party vendors.

Any other data that we gather and input in our system may be used by the company to improve our customer service and the offers we provide to our customers.
